Breathing exercises have become so popular because you can learn them quickly at home and have a toolkit you can use for life with measurable results from day one.
You’ll learn three simple, science-based breathing practices you can use every day to relieve stress, boost digestion, balance your energy, and improve sleep. These practices are easy to learn and can be done at home, work, or on the go.
Luke Burrows is a certified YogaBody® Breath & Stretch Coach and Trainer who helps people help themselves reduce stress and anxiety, boost energy and mental clarity, and live freely without chronic pain. He takes a simple, practical approach to health that blends ancient wisdom with modern science, making it easy for anyone, no matter where they are in their health journey, to take steps toward better health and well-being.

No prior experience is needed. This is a discovery class to learn more about breathing exercises and how they can help you in your journey toward better health and well-being.
Yes, the practices taught are safe and have been practiced for thousands of years. They are science-backed, and there are many scientific published papers to verify and confirm what ancient pranayama breathing practitioners learned through experience before modern science existed. In the practical part of the class, you’ll be guided step by step and encouraged to go at your own pace. As always, consult your doctor if you have any medical conditions.
The discovery class will be hosted via Google Meet. You’ll receive a confirmation email and all of the details after signing up, along with a reminder before the event.
You’ll need a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed, and a device with internet access (computer, tablet, or phone). The workshop includes three parts:
A lecture where you’ll learn about the 3 daily breathing practices
A guided practical session, where you’ll be walked through a breathing technique step-by-step
A Q&A session to ask questions and get personal support
You don’t need any special equipment — just wear comfortable clothing, have a chair or mat to sit on, and maybe a notebook if you’d like to take notes.
