Latest Podcast

My latest podcast episode.

Want to learn a simple, powerful breathing technique that helps you to quickly reduce stress and manage anxiety in just 1, 2, or 3 minutes? And, works wonders with insomnia helping people with this sleep issue to fall asleep like a baby within 30-60 seconds… 🤔

Well, if so it’s your lucky day…

In today’s episode, I’m joined by Raj Khedun, the co-founder of Keep Fit Kingdom and an avid well-being and transformation coach who has specialised in relationship and breathwork coaching for over 12 years as he shares ‘The 3/3 Method’, a science-backed breathing technique that is transformational in more ways than one!

We discussed what the ‘The 3/3 Method’ is, why it matters, and how to practice it. I also became Raj’s case study as we practised this breathing technique live on the pod, and I must say I felt and noticed a profound difference!

1 Insight To Consider

Thought-provoking insights to think about.

Our lives have patterns which are underpinned by our beliefs.

They differ from person to person. They are unique to us.

When I reflect on the past, the decisions I’ve made, and how events have unfolded I can start to notice my life patterns and how they repeat themselves time and time again…

Like, from ignoring intuition and how this hasn’t worked out well for me to feeling stressed and overwhelmed when I say ‘yes’ to many things and end up in a perpetual loop of taking on too many projects because I don’t want to get bored and caught up in a daily monotonous routine day after day with little to no excitement!

I’ve come to realise that part of self-awareness and raising consciousness is becoming aware of our patterns and course correcting them through our actions, habits, and behaviours rather than being a victim of them if they’re not in alignment with our highest best self.

For example, rather than complaining about too many projects and how this leads to feeling overwhelmed the first step is to realise that this reality is down to me. I’m the one who has said ‘yes’ after ‘yes’ after ‘yes’ and therefore, it’s my responsibility.

Owning this is a key step…

The next step is to commit to making a new and different decision the next time around to break this life pattern.

Instead of instantly saying ‘yes’, to stop and pause and reflect on whether it’s something I want to take on and is in alignment with my values, vision, goals etc.

Sure, there are actions to take “in the background” so to speak like prioritising values and deciding what my focus is etc. which all help.

At the end of the day, when it comes to making the decision we can either fall back into our life patterns which will give us the same results or have the awareness and courage to make a new decision!

This is part of what it means to live consciously.

No one said it was easy. Especially when breaking our life patterns.

But, as I’m experiencing it’s soooo worth it!

1 Idea To Act On

Simple actions to improve your health & life.

When I was in my depths of despair experiencing chronic anxiety, panic attacks, and depression if someone told me that there was a simple way to quickly reduce the anxiety and feel human again I would have snapped their hands off!

Instead, it’s taken 10+ years of self-discovery, self-work, prioritising health, and self-improvement to get to where I am now…

I’m not saying I would have swapped what I’ve discovered and learned about myself undone, and how I’ve grown.

However, to have a simple and quick way to just take the edge off the anxiety, restlessness, and panic at least in certain moments throughout this period would have not only been valuable but nice…

What am I talking about?! 🤔

I’m talking about ‘The 3/3 Method’ which is a simple, and powerful breathing technique as mentioned above that quickly reduces stress and anxiety that I got to experience a taste of in today’s episode of the pod.

I thought I was calm and content going into my conversation with Raj. However, that was in no comparison to how I felt afterwards.

After doing ‘The 3/3 Method’ for only a couple of minutes I felt what can only be described as spacious and having a heightened sense of awareness.

Not from an anxious state but from a higher state of consciousness.

I’ve experienced this before. Especially, when practising other breathwork methodologies.

However, never that quickly as far as I can remember.

That was the most profound thing I’ve taken away from ‘The 3/3 Method’ and my conversation with Raj.

If you like me have struggled with anxiety, panic attacks, stress, and becoming overwhelmed easily I would highly recommend giving this ago and adding it to your toolbox of tools to help navigate life and stressful situations.

As I said, it’s profound!

Try it!
