Latest Podcast

My latest podcast episode.

In this episode, I’m joined by Tom Palladino, a Scalar Light Researcher & humanitarian with over 50 years of experience in Scalar Light research and development.

We discuss and explore Tom’s research and work with Scalar Light and how this type of energy is the light of the universe and the fundamental life force that originates from the Sun and stars that bring order and harmony. This is a fascinating episode, well worth a listen!

1 Insight To Consider

Thought-provoking insights to think about.

Frustration, overwhelm, and stress are just some of the emotions we experience when faced with challenges and we’ve all been there when these emotions get the best of us…

Willowing in these states and feeling sorry for ourselves, often leads to no place good.

Instead, I like to be proactive and focus on what I can do!

This has led to the realisation that when we feel ourselves becoming swapped (for one a better word) by our challenges, one of the best actions we can take is to help someone else!

Sometimes, we just need a break from our own challenges for a number of reasons…

Maybe, we’ve been ruminating about them for too long which is contributing to our overwhelm and stress. And, when this happens, solving them becomes 10x harder! (I know this from experience! 😂)

When we help someone else it doesn’t only help us detach ourselves from our challenges, but we get to feel good because we know we are helping someone else.

I can’t remember a time when I’ve helped someone else and felt worse than before. In reflection, whenever I’ve tried this, it’s gotten me out of whatever funk I was in at the time, put life into perspective, and given me a well-needed break from whatever was on my mind, or whatever challenge I was facing at the time.

Contribution, meaning, service, purpose, and connection are all part of what it means to be human and by helping others, no matter how small we tick the box of each one of these core traits.

Next time, you notice yourself getting caught up in your own challenges, stop, take a pause, and go and help someone else!

1 Idea To Act On

Simple actions to improve your health & life.

We live in a culture that focuses on fixing what’s wrong, not building on what’s right or working well.

Just look around you, the News, social media, and 99% of day-to-day conversations are focused on problems, negativity, and trying to fix us in some way, like we and the world we live in are broken…

I’m not saying the world is perfect, or even ideal!

The misnomer of perfection is a conversation for another day and one that might be very healthy to let go of…

That aside, many things are working well, and I believe that by asking questions that build on what is working well and how can we grow it will lead to the best outcomes, not just in our personal lives, but in every aspect of what it means to be human.

So, give this a try by asking a question such as…

What’s working well right now and how do I grow it?

Notice how this changes where you put your attention and get into the habit of asking these types of questions every day, it’s a commitment I’m making and I would recommend giving this idea a try to…
