The other day, I realised that not all emotions and feelings are felt the same.
From 2013 to 2018, I was an anxious mess and the anxiety I felt was crippling. However, the anxiety I experience today is very different. It manifests as a nervous energy and an eagerness to get things done!
Neither is right or wrong or good or bad but as I’ve come to learn is an evolution of the same underlying emotion/feeling.
That’s a recent insight I’ve had. Can you relate?
1 Idea To Act On
Simple actions to improve your health & life.
I exercise, work out, and move daily. Multiple times per day. It’s now part of who I am and while I advise regular movement we all start somewhere. A simple action I’ve reintroduced into my daily routine is a 10-minute walk within 60 to 90 minutes of waking.
This habit helps me to ensure I get morning sunlight/light, some steps in first thing, boosts my metabolism and brings my entire system online before I start my morning workout.
